Sublingual Delivery

If one were to decide to use a prohormone sublingually, how would one go about doing so? Do you just stick the ph under your tongue for a while, or do you just mix it up with some cyclodextrin?

If my memory serves me correct; I might be wrong about this but, the use of cyclodextrin is used for intranasal usage. Could someone please clarify this!!

Dissolve it in some Cyclo-Diol from 1fast400.com. It is a HPBCD mix, used for sublingual delivery.

I thought that stuff was a powder? Do you mix it up with some water or something before taking it? Or am I just totally off base?
