Hey boys and girls, I just got my beta sleep stuff in the mail today, so I though I'd make my own little thread for it. Ill post a few times a day, at least once right before or after I take it and once the next morning/day.

Ok guys just took the 3 orange and 1 green caps. Then took a shower. obviously not feeling anything yet since its only been 10 minutes. I will post tomorrow about my nights experience :)
 
So i took my 3 orange and 1 green around 1045 last night and about a half hour later I started to feel very relaxed. I got a cool tingly feeling all throughout my body. Nothing TOO pronounced, but enough so that if I layed on my bed, I would feel very relaxed. I was on the phone for a while after that, but it was very hard to keep talking, not because I was really tired, but because I felt so relaxed that I just didn't feel like moving haha.

this morning I woke up and was more awake than I usually am on 6 hours of sleep. No falling alseep in class today. I also woke up this morning like you do after a you have a bunch of dreams the night before, like you know you had a great sleep, but can't remember your dreams.

Just an idea, but I think this product will be a good addition to any muscle building or weight loss stack, because you get such a deep sleep with it... a better way for your muscles to heal :)
 
Ill be taking the beta sleep pills in a little bit!
 
I was in a very bad mood last night and Im surprised i fell asleep at all. However, I slept VERY well, and woke up while I was in the middle of a dream. I had an awesome sleep although it was only 6 hours. I remember my dream which is cool and it was very vivid. cool!
 
yet another night of vivd dreams and deep sleep. This has been a good relaxing and sleep aid agent thus far
 
not the same as other nights ive taken this. Great sleep, but no cool dreams :(..... I DID sleep for 10 hrs though !!! :) great product thus far
 
i miss taking this product, i have really noticed the difference the past couple of days

Last night I had an awesome sleep ! more wacky dreams, and the whole nine yards. Tonight is my last night I will post a final review tomoro!!!!

Effectiveness: This was a great sleep aide. Not only did it help me feel more relaxed, but it also gave me a great quality sleep. My nights were filled with awesome dreams and a sound sleep every night

Score: 9.5/10... This will be a great product. Not only will this help you with sleep, but will also help you with your workout, since the quality of sleep you get is crucial to your performance. This will also aid in muscle building and recovery... cool! and i hear its guna be cheap :p
