stupid sesathin question

I've read the sesathin write up, and gone through threads about it both here and at Avant...and I confess I'm still confused about what it's supposed to do and how it does it. I know in the broad sense what it does (and in my bottle and halfs worth, does well!), but I'd like a clearer idea, please?

Links or suggestions for better search terms/phrases are good too, thanks!

Oh, also: been using Lipo-U for about 3 days now. Would I be crazy to say that there's a definite change going on already?
I got it for the stubborn stuff just under my nipples and the little pooch/love handle thing. The tummy looks a little tighter, could just be the local water loss...but there's a definite re-shaping of the pec area.

Thanks.

While you might have burned some fat in 3 days, it's likely not enough to see a significant difference. I'd bet it is the local diuretic effect.

As for what sesathin is supposed to do I am not 100% technically sure. I used it to keep fat off when bulking. While it did this sufficiently, it also slowed my gains down. If I try it again, I'll use a minimal dose daily plus an occasional dose for cheating.

Activates PPARalpha (peroxisome proliferator receptor alpha), a nuclear receptor on cells that alters gene expression in the body to increase fatty acid oxidation and change biomarkers to make the body behave like it is not getting a lot of carbohydrates (even if it is).

It also increases fatty acid oxidation in the liver when decreasing TGs and nutrient output.

Other benefits: raises insulin sensitivity/leptin sensitivity, acts as an anti-oxidant, and decreases inflammation.

You ought to put that in your signature.

Decreases inflammation...It's not an anti-inflammatory though right?
Well, decreasing would imply that it is preventing it from occurring. Preventing inflammation would kind of qualify as being antagonistic towards inflammation, or "anti-inflammatory" as we tend to call it in the 'biz.

It's not an NSAID, but it is definitely "anti-inflammatory".

So does that mean that while you take Sesathin you'll always be a little tired like while you're on a keto-diet? And what happens to the carbs you eat?

Thanks. So does that mean there's not much point to eating carbs...or at least more than say 100 grams a day while taking this stuff? How can you combat the blah's? Workouts are kiling me...
