Stupid Question... but im confused :(

Hey, i always think if you take a steriod with the supporting sups like (Cissus. cycle support, sessamin) all within 20mins ur gains and results of the oral steriod will be reduced?
. true?

i was planning this as one of my sup dosages in the morning all in 10mins :

Morning:
Havoc (10mg)
Sesamin (1,000mg)
Cycle Support (1scoop)
L-Taurine (1000mg)
Cissus (1000mg)

also would taking MSM and all other joint supports be bad to take at the same time with havoc, or would that really have no effect?

o yea dude my diet is 4500cals of super super clean food and i bet on havoc i will get even more hungrier so i got more steaks + beans +brown rice ready to go! when ever haha

im on day 8 of loading on Cycle support...u think i can just start havoc on only 10mg 2morrow...like whats the big deal with 1 day early with cycle support right?

no biggy in starting 1 day early


also, 10mg is to make sure u dont have an allergic reaction....i would take 10mg in the morning and if theres no negative sides, take another 10mg later in the day.....no need wasting a day
