Stumbled upon some expired PEScience Erase. Thoughts on taking?

BIG JERM

New member
So, I stumbled upon this older bottle of OG PES Erase that shows an expiration of 2016. The bottle has been stored in a dark cool cabinet for its lifespan, so I'm debating on whether or not to take I
It again.

I recall not finishing this bottle originally in 2015 or earlier, because after taking it for a few days I would notice these faint red patches at both corners of my mouth. (My beard practically hides it, but it worried me so I stopped.)

I never sought out an answer originally and just kept the bottle stashed away.

1) Thoughts on taking expired Erase?
2) Is the small redness (no irritation) issue from previous consumption a sign of dehydration or an allergy?

Supplement Facts Serving Size: Proprietary Blend 300 mg
Uncaria Tomentosa Bark Extract, Pine Bark Extract (containing Abieta-8, 11,13-trien-18-oic acid)

Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Titanium Dioxide Color

I can't speak for PES, but as someone who makes products containing those ingredients, I would never tell a customer it was okay to take them having been expired that long. I don't think they'd hurt, I just don't think they'd be effective anymore.

I normally don't think much about a year or two, but 8 years is too long imo.

And given that you had a possible allergic reaction to them even when in new condition, I would be very scared of taking it that long expired. There's no way to know if it was an allergy or irritation or something else. I have a beard myself and I've had redness in that area that was nothing, but then have had it when it was an allergic reaction.

And ultimately too, its not an expensive product so that makes it even less worth taking a chance on.

For example, Inhibit-E has Abieta in it and specifies the dosage instead of prop blending it, and at full retail its only 29.99 for a month supply.

I hope that helps.

I'll take a look into Inhibit-E. I liked taking Erase in the short bursts that I did, because I could really see a difference quickly. Think it leaned me out and made the stomach look nice.

PES reformulated and sell Erase Pro now, but I'd rather try Inhibit-E to see how I like that.

Like you said though, it might not be worth taking the expired product now especially when I had small issues when it was new. I did consider this as well. (y)

Definitely would look into inhibit-e. Cheap and effective!
