Stuff that really annoys you....

My friend asking me for workout tips and advice, knowing damn well she's not going to utilize them.

My advice: Google it.

Liquor, beer, or both? I've been there but it was many many years ago. My poison was, and probably always will be tequila. I can't really even smell it to this day without wanting to throw up. Lately I haven't had a drop of alcohol since I've been trying to get my diet and workouts back on point and I can't say that I miss it. It's really always been a social thing with me though, and once you have kids it really never gets to a blasted wasted point. Usually just enough to take the edge off and have a little fun at dinner, parties with other parents, etc.

I don't drink beer and what killed it for me was Crown Apple and Fireball. I hate vodka!!!! I also hate stupid drunks!!! I hate alcohol all together.

Living in the shadow of my younger brother.

Pre-teen/teen daughters are a double edged sword - for years I was a superhero and now she cries if I look at her wrong and I "only make things worse". Thank God that if I do things as well as I did with my oldest daughter I'll be her hero again one day.

Yeah Admin you know what I'm talking about. The constant nagging and complaining. I mean do any of yall have a manual for me to make her happy. I will seriously be in your debt for eternity

Im not a big "caretaker" type of Dad. Not a huge fan of the wiping ass (certainly not vaginas), cutting food and feeding, dressing and the likes. It was the teen years where I earned it. The relationship I have with my oldest is one of if not the best relationship I have. It was well worth it. The best thing I ever did was do the job right with my daughter.

I'll not get too deep nor preach on you but loving my wife properly is really not within my own power to do.

This annoyed me and happened last Friday.

At the resort my wife and I were at a 21 yo punk girl asked what the big scar on my chest was from.

I told her I recently had skin cancer removed. She then started make rude comments about cancer, and how my scar looked.

My wife went in on her, and I stopped my wife because I was so angry I was tempted to destroy that girls boyfriend.

To recap 2 things that annoy me

Making fun of cancer

Sitting in Mexican prison if I would have laid that dude out.

How about a couple books by Dr. GARY Chapman. The Five love languages, and the Four Seasons of Marriage. I give them as wedding gifts when friends get married. You have to know how your wife feels love, which is most likely different than yours.

Also another good one is called Love And Respect, by a different author. They will probably serve you well if both are into reading scripture together as a way to improve yourself, not the other one. That's where most people fail. They want the other to change, instead of chaging themselves. If you change yourself, and the other sees evidence of it, things about the other will change as a result. Provided of course the other person had any desire to improve their relationship skills. I know plenty of people that dont, and make fun of me because I bought a $15 book instead of paying child support to an ex wife.

Dang thank you for the reply that is seriously something her and I would enjoy. I've read a few books by John Eldridge and they are amazing. I'll have to check that Love and Respect
 
We didn't get along when we were dating and first moved in together. After a couple years, she was looking to move out. Then we met some couples that had healthy relatiinships, as opposed to the divorcees I was getting advice from. We decided to work on it, read a bunch of books, got our act together, and have been married 10+ years. We learned a bunch before getting hitched, and it has made life a lot easier. We still have bumps, but have a little better way to deal with them.
 
Since I came home from work, something that bugs me when I go out of town to work are lazy ass technicians that don't finish a job, yet close it out and just leave saying they will be back. I'm the one that goes back and spends a few hours fixing their problems. My experience with slackers has been in Northern VA and Baltimore the last few years. We get bitched at because we take too long to finish a job when we go out of town. Managers always point to the locals meet their productivity requirements. When we explain it's because they never finish the job, it falls on deaf ears. My first week in Baltimore, I went behind the same tech 3 times in 2 days. It was fun times being up there when the riots broke out.

Seeing scrawny dudes in the gym walk around puffed up like they're Mr. O, slamming weights, leaving plates and weights on the ground or loaded on the bar, putting Dumbbells in the wrong spots when they're CLEARLY labeled in another spot.

Also, I hate the word "Fleek."

Customers that complain their phone has been out for 3 days. I tell them we received your call yesterday morning. They say but it was out for a day before that.

I really cant see why he didn't win . I personally think phil heathe wasn't in as good of shape as kai . Alot of people attribute his loss to the gh gut. My fav is Dennis Wolfe.

Kai's traps and forearms were severely lacking in my opinion. Phil brought it all and while he may not have been in perfect condition, it was still enough to take the win.
I think Phil will bring better conditioning this year and it may be his best year yet. And of course, he will win.
 
Fitness articles like the ones on AM that show pictures of guys on incredibly large doses of AAS regardless of the topic being presented within the article, the media has led people to have such ridiculous beliefs about what is achieveable naturally. It's so deeply ingrained in their belief system that they will fight you tooth and nail if you speculate that physiques like Jeff Seids cannot and will not be achieved naturally. "Oh but my BFF looks just like Jeff Seid and he's completely natural" no. You're friends a lying sack of **** and you're just another gullible sap that's been fooled by liars and propaganda

I second that ... i shouldn't ever say this but years back we belt whipped a guy for hitting his kids a group of 6 body builders whipping a dude for slapping his son so hard he knocked his tooth out . Seeing it made me tear up brought back having to deal with a stepdad when my dad was in federal prison . I will stand up and defend anyone who cant defend themselves until iam dead.

this reminds me of a story a state trooper once told me....he was called out to a domestic disturbance call, the guy had totally just beat the crap out of his 12 year old son...the trooper asked him why he did it and he said he couldn't control his temper....the 6'3 260lb trooper looked at the guy and told him I am about to take you to jail that must really make you mad, why aren't you losing your temper with me!!!!

sexual abuse of children is much worse, imo....any man who would molest or even rape a child forfeits their right to live....I feel particular hatred when a man rapes or molests a boy, to me this is the most heinous crime possible...HANG THEM UP FROM THE NEAREST TREE!!!!
