It’s a clean and subtle intensity. No crash for me and I’m definitely intense (in my garage working out lol).
 
Some how I think "Wild Thing" just fits you "Stud Horse"
 
Just curious.. someone had said it isn't intense, but if it can power you through a workout with 4hrs sleep it can't be too mild then. Im in search of a new pre so I been lurking in a few of these pre logs.. wild thing sounds tasty tho..

It is a smooth energy. It's not like DMAA that wiggs you out.

For sure. I actually prefer the smooth energy over something as strong as dmaa where i feel wired.

There must be something wrong with me I don't think I have ever tried a supplement that made me feel "Wired" !!

Mixed 1.5 scoops with 10oz of cold water with ice. Let it sit in my bag for about 1 hr.
Taste was excellent. The taste is good rather its 20 oz of water or 10 oz of water.
results were great: I'm mentally beat when I get off work. I love the way Wild Thing gets my mind focused on banging some iron.
Think I have found my new go to! I can take this @ 5:00pm and get to bed by 10:30 with no problem. another plus for me.

Thanks LeanEngineer for letting me log this. I may have never tried it. So many on the market its crazy.

I must have a high tolerance to BA.

Focus was off the chart. Couple of regulars at the gym asked me if I was ok? LOL. I wasn't talking to anyone just knocking out set after set.
Mind to muscle focus was Perfect!, energy was great! I did get a pump in my quads that was awesome.

I did have a little trouble going to sleep last night. Took 10mg of melatonin and I was out cold about 45 min later. Woke up groggy, this is why I try to avoid melatonin if possible.

I was just reading you should take 3.2 grams of Beta Alanine everyday to get the benefits.

Yep. Same with my gym it is always empty on friday night except for those who's life is lifting haha

Sorry brothers been busy as crap and haven't had much time for AM.

Fridays workout was awesome. I'm really enjoying the clean energy and focus. As I have said before the focus it were this really shines.

Mondays workout was kind of a crapper. (I felt out of it all day) I got through it and hit all my lifts and numbers so I can't complain, I almost felt hypo. Don't know what was up. Diet was good and sleep was better than it has been and I usually kill it after 2 days off. Just wasn't feeling it. Momma said there would be days like that.

1.5 scoops in 16 OZ of cold water is my sweet spot. I fell asleep like a baby 5 hrs after taking it. If you workout in the evenings like me and need to get to bed within 5-6 hours after taking it this is for you!

I will be heading out of town today till Monday. The hotel is supposed to have a pulley machine and a rack of d-bells from the picks.

Hope you have some nice workouts while traveling! You'll definitely need Wild Thing to get you focused for that hotel workout:)

The BA tingles were nice. maybe I should take it on a truly empty stomach. I didn't runout of energy which I usually do if I dot eat 2-3 hrs before the gym. Might try it again tomorrow.

I'm not sure how I saw it this way, but as I was scrolling back up to catch some posts that I missed, I saw this as "2 hr workout with a bald püssy" Maybe it's just because I just had some?? Freudian slip? It definitely had my attention at that point and I had to go back and re-read it. Now I'm disappointed. For me and for Studhorse.
