Stuck in a rut...Need Suggestions/Help

I've been lifting now for around 4 years, nothing serious, just lifting to keep my body in shape. During those 4 years I was able to tone up really well, but like then, I am still not able to put on weight.

Anybody have any suggestions or ideas that could help me out???
 
Eat more clean whole foods. If you supply it your body will grow.
