stuck around 180lbs

Im on week 8 of my test 400 deca 300 using blue heart dbol before training.
On my last course I bulked up quiet a lot and loved the strength gains I could feel my muscle fibres fireing every time I hit the weights, but this course I am struggling to get past 182lbs , I am getting stronger but aint growing any advice to help me bulk up folks
 
I get up every morning at 530 and eat 6 weetabix or any other cerial plus a couple of pieces of fruit go to the gym, at about 930 I eat 2 large chicken breasts at 11 a large tub of pasta at 1 ill have a couple of sandwiches and then tea about 6pm and then constantly snacking till I go to bed I reckon my callorie intake is about 3500-4500 most days

If you aren't gaining any weight first try slowly upping your calories until you do. Your maintenance level can increase over time as you gain weight. I would recommend tracking your actual caloric intake with one of the many tools available online or as a phone app. You might be surprised with your actual intake. You could also take some digestive enzymes with your meals to help maximize what you get out of them. The ability to absorb nutrients can vary in each individual.
 
Ill get the phone app n start counting , iv looked at the enzymes on the net an there seems to be a lot on offer could u recomend any , all iv looked at had mixed reviews n experience goes a long way over an advert on a health food website.

I actually have digestions problems and am prescibed enzymes specific to the problem. I would look at a broad spectrum blend that would cover everything. Garden of Life "Omega-Zyme" looks like a good option as it has a wide variety of enzymes to aid in overall digestion of whatever you are eating. I personally haven't used the product but it looks good to me and I might consider using it with my current presciption to make up for what its lacking.

A large tub of pasta? A couple of sandwiches? Lol sound like an unorganized diet and your prob not hitting 3500 and def not hitting 4500 cals. Ask for some help in the nutrition section they'll help u out.
 
I havent got the most organised diet ever cos am always out in the van at work and dont have set breaks so I try n eat as often as I can, I trust the gear am on. In the last 18 months iv gone from 11 st - 13.3 st but seem to have hit a wall and struggle to maintain the weight as it comes of straight away if I miss a sesion or a meal

I agree. And where is the protein, besides the chicken breasts?
 
i dunno then....just keep eatin hopefully u start puttin lbs on .....eggs, fish, chicken, steak, yogurt...make sure each of your meals include one of these. try to eat at the same time every day

Am using maximuscle progain 3x daily so theres 123g protein n over 1500 cal before I eat..... And creatine mono caps 6 a day n all just think iv hit a wall iv spoke to a few people that reckon am a hardgainer lol like I said I try to eat as often as I can
