Stubborn fat.

Ok I'm not an overweight guy at all. I'm actually in pretty good shape, 5'9 165 pounds. I've been very active between MMA, boxing and weightlifting for the past 5 years. Until last February I damaged my arm in a title fight so i took some time off. I finally got back at the "healthy lifestyle" about 4 months ago and have been hitting it very hard and have been very strict on my diet. I however am eating a lot more carbs being I want to gain some muscle in the process. My diet looks like this.

8a.m. 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2 cup of steel rolled oats.
10a.m. 6oz grilled chicken, 1/2 cup of rice and 1 cup steamed vegetables.
12p.m. I go to gym and post workout I take Glycogen and Cell Kem (both products from Evogen Nutrition) followed by 2 scoops of Syntha 6 protein powder.
5p.m. 6oz steak, 1 sweet potato and 1 cup steamed vegetables
8p.m.4-6 oz of tilapia with steamed vegetables.
I have a casein shake before bed.
I do heavy weight training on Monday Wednesday and Friday and follow each workout with an intense boxing/cardio workout. On Tuesday and Thursday I do nothing but intense cardio work which I eat same diet just cut carb servings in half. Only seasoning I add to food is pepper. No matter how strict I get I can not seem to loose the fat on my stomach an truthfully I'm not even getting solid gains (noticeable size) my strength is sky rocketing tho. I just wanted to hear some of your guys input, thanks.

Diet looks clean, but have you done the math and calculated the macros of your diet. Even though you are eating whole healthy foods, you won't lose fat if your overall calorie intake is too high. You must be in a caloric deficit to lose fat, especially stubborn fat.

I would suggest calculating how many calories you're eating on a daily basis, and determine how many calories you should be eating in order to lose weight (if that's your goal). Your carb intake looks pretty high for someone aiming to lose stubborn fat IMO. Crunch the numbers and see what you end up with

What John Patterson said. Also, I firmly believe in carb cycling. My macro requirements on weight training days are much different than on cardio days.

Definitely!

Incorporating refeed days depending on your bf levels can also be very beneficial
