Stubborn abs !!!!!!!!!!!!

Man I just cant seem to lose my ab fat . Do you think the pizza and cheese burgers have anything to do with this. JJ. No matter what I do I cant lose ab fat. Not a diebetic. What other health issues you think can cause ab fat storage. Just in the Abs . Everything else lean.
 
Tis the evil that comes with getting old. You may try a cortisol blocker but the lower ab fat is always the last to go on most of us.
 
Try Lipoderm Ultra that supposed to work pretty well. Other than that, just keep trying to get leaner and leaner, eventually the ab fat will have to come off.
 
I thought CLA was crape. I thought that was on the same level as Chromium Picolinate. Just something to add in for namesake and didn't really help much. You know like nitro tech having arginine in it so they can use the name NITRO !!!! LOL

I got results from CLA but didn't think it was worth the money. This study has changed my mind.
 
The study was over 6 months. But the people didn't change their diet or exercise habits, so I am going to say a clean diet and working out will have great effects in less time.
 
Is it possible to cause hypertrophy of the abdominal muscles that would, in turn, require a higher amount of calories to sustain the increase in size and then you get a six-pack somewhat quicker that way?

Isn't that referred to as spot reduction? The calories could be obtained by any fat in the body, not just the abdominals.
 
Interesting.. well then, lets say someone were to use a machine that vigorously shook the abdominal area and it loosened up the fat tissue in that area. That would be a quick way towards a 6-pack, yes?
