I received several samples of the IDL Stryker Black Ops, I used them before my AM Fasted Cardio, I found them to be very helpful in making the time pass bay quicker (I did not keep looking at the clock) and the sweat flow crazier, I also noticed an increase in my heart rate, which I can only think means I am burning more body fat. I think this would be a great addition to anyone's fat burning arsenal !! Get Some !!
