I'm just about to finish up my third week of MyoSynergy... Its effing legit, as I've been smashing PRs like wild. On my 5/3/1 week which was my we second week on it I hit 3 PRS (didn't go after my deadlift)... On to my next 6 week training block, I've hit some rep PRs as well. Gonna run MyoSynergy solo for another 3 weeks or so, then thinking about stacking to it. I like Coop's suggestion, anybody got other suggestions? (Anabeta Elite? PA??.. Others?? Gonna take a break from ArA as I just ran that before MyoSyn). -Matt
I'm going to continue to use MyoSynergy by itself for a couple more bottles, as I think it is pretty complete on its own. However, I did pick up amentoflavone and cistanche (the PES versions) to use along side it in the future.
