Not this one in particular but I know someone who ran two bottles and enjoyed it. Mild enough to pack on size with out feeling like trash. He said good keepable gains. I think he ended up gaining 8 or 9 lbs in the 8 weeks but kept most and feel like a decent amount was muscle. I do want to try it though.

Oh wow nice .. yeah wish this was like 90caps for same price .. I think for experience users will need 2-4caps

But it looks like could be easily stacked with epi andro or any andros

@Afi140 the wording is different but R-Andro Shred and Alpha Seven are both androsterone + 7-Keto DHEA right?

As far as I know, yes. The r-andro label changed last year to say di hydro Epiandro instead of androsterone but I believe it is still R andro. Maybe @musclemaker has more info but I think that is the case. Can’t go wrong with either product!

Honestly the formula is the best out imo in terms of cycle support. Has the essential organs covered, especially the heart.
