Are there any know mental/wellbeing benefits from Hydromax? I’ve given a bottle to a buddy and he swears he feels amazing when he takes it but I thought it was just good for pumps?

I don’t think so man. Can definitely help with performance, pump, and hydration though. Could attribute to him feeling better after the gym I suppose.

Fuzzy memory, forgetfulness, poor concentration, and even dementia may be caused in part due to the lack of oxygen to the brain. Your body and even your brain can’t be truly healthy unless you are generating optimal amounts of nitric oxide leading to optimum blood flow and nutrient delivery. You brain, while only about 2% of your body’s mass consumes an astounding 25% of your body’s requirement of oxygen. A lack of adequate blood flow to the brain bringing in nutrients and removing wastes, increases your risks for neuro-degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and other dementias. A lack of blood flow can also cause a reduction in brain performance.

From the Neurology Journal: “About one quart of blood normally flows through the brain every minute. If the amount of blood flow is less than it should be, the brain cannot work efficiently. This can lead to memory loss and other symptoms.”

Good Info !! I learned something today!

Used about 7 from that list and enjoyed every one of them in their own right. Sustain alpha gave me a great energy/mood boost which unexpected but a great effect to have. In terms of overall libido sergeant steel and tes1fy were probably my top two. If anyone new is looking for some good products this is a great place to start

Which is better? Kings blood or testify?

for post cycle use, i'd go with the k1ngs blood

used it in many cycles myself. have had nothing but good experiences with it

if you are using it strictly for test boosting purposes, then test1fy would likely be more suited for the job

Yeah if you wanted to try the anabolics section you might get someone who had heard of them. I personally have not Showoff

It’s all good I’ve been using this same lab for 5or 6 years now just this time seems a little under dosed and was seeing if anybody had heard any reviews lately.

In other news, found this excellent graphic on some of the many benefits of IF.

Been doing it for a bit and loving it.

I know many other guys here have chatted about it in here too.

How many hours is your feeding window on average?

How many hours is your feeding window on average?

Trying to get more details on what this was based on but most studies are in the range of 8-10 hours of feeding.

I try to keep my feeding around 6-8 hours, just stopped using black coffee as an appetite suppressant as it my body has really adapted well now, don't really get hunger pangs.

Been doing IF for a while now too, but I can't do 1 meal a day like that guy, at least I have never tried. Either way it's been great.

Yeah I can’t either. I can try and hold off until a lunch around 11 and wrap up eating by 6 or 7.

Yea personally I found I have the most food will power in the morning and the least at dinner time so my feeding window is typically 12-8.

Have you guys noticed an increase in endurance as well? I recently started running in the morning and it feels so effortless and I never used to run before.

Actually, after playing football in HS I pretty much swore off running.

Same for me. I definitely I have more desire to eat in the morning than later at night. I need to start running in the morning. or do some cardio in general haha

I just saw video with Terry Crews saying that he does IF from 2-10 everyday but he said he uses bcaas, mct oil, and I think buttered coffee? Is that okay? Obviously he's jacked so I am guessing yea, but a lot of that could be his genetics.

He’s jacked from “other” products lol. No doubt it definitely helps his physique for sure. All of those products technically break your fast but to what extent I honestly couldn’t tell you. It just depends on how strict you want to be about it.

Haha yea figures, especially since he was in the nfl, those guys are no strangers to needles.

You obviously get the benefits of calorie restriction if you take the approach of using coffee and some supplements, but the benefits greatly increase hormonally and health wise the close you get to a true fast aka only consuming water during fasting.

Yep. I used to be a big fan of Keto but IF has been much easier for my lifestyle than Keto with the kids and always being on the run lol.

For sure! Keto is very hard to stick to if you have a family and full time job and everything else that goes on in life. haha.

Just came across this graphic, instantly made me made me pour out a serving of vital vite to take with lunch.

I need to get back on a multi soon here. Especially with fall right around the corner. I might give this a shot and rotate with OT.

I take my Multi Everyday and they make Emergen-C right around the corner from me so I get it for free (Not a cold since I started using it)

That’s stuff is expensive too! Nice to have an emergen-C plug lol

You guys really notice a difference from a multi?
Keeps me from getting colds during the sick season Im for sure of that. May not seem like much but ive dropped a lot of supps because of money lately but I refuse to give my multi up just for those reasons.

PES Tru Multi for $14. Easily the best bang for your buck out there ATM. Very well dosed and very affordable.
My 2 Cents.

Tru multi has a good profile for the price point. I know you had OT stocked up for months a while back lol

$27 for OT on strong or $14 for PES
No brainer here
Different formulas (both solid profiles)and my point was that I am a fan of orange triad and I know you were too. I remember seeing your stash pics with a years + supply. It wasn’t a comparison it was a statement.
