Its a Powerlifting/STRONGMAN forum. Someone with the worlds record in any exercise would be considered a strong person and besides the lift takes place in many strongman competitions. SO if YOU don't care about it don't read about it.:twak:

At this point your honour i'd like to refer to something the great Ed Coan once said;

"Biceps are like ornaments on a christmas tree".

I've nothing further to add and rest my case.:woohoo:

lmao ok I like Ed Coan...but he trains specifically for maxing out 3 exercises.Thats it and thats all.He still did preacher curls sometimes on chest days and lunges on legs days at times,hes listed them in his routines.
(He denied working biceps or doing lunges in other interviews,although I had a magazine with him curling 2 plates a side on an ez-curl bar as well, I'll try and find the pic if any are interested).
Someone in strongman has to train for many different types of exercises. Mariusz Pudzianowski, Bill Kazmaier and other strongmen train their biceps. They train in a variety of ways for different events. It depends what you as an individual are after. Overall strength/agility/size or a focus on power etc. I used to just train the big three but now I like to have overall fitness/strength/power/cardio/size. I also like to have big arms haha. :bigok:
