Stretching guidance

I'm looking to learn how to stretch properly pre and post workout. Could anyone link any good resources they've come across? Videos, articles, etc

I like Defrancos agile 8 and 11. But I'm a Wendler 5/3/1 fanboy so I'm blind to anything else

It would also be important to know why you are stretching. Is to to improve recovery, use it as a warm up, improve mobility, etc.

I do the Agile 8 before I lift (4 days a week) and twice a day on my off days. I use it to keep my beat up 43yr old body limber and moving. I can tell you that if I do miss stretching on my off days it's going to be a crappy next day.
 
Romwod is really convenient. New 20 min video to follow each day and its designed for crossfit so generally benefits any athlete or iron head.

Obviously not as good as a personalised plan but hard to beat for general maintanence imo
