strength ratios

Is there a certain ratio between strengths of body parts (or exercises)? Or is there another way to tell if a body part is weak in relation to the rest? For example, if I deadlift 350 pounds, what should I be able to bench (350 x ?). Or if I bench 200 what should I be able to OHP (200 x ?)
 
OK so never mind,as soon as I posted, a bunch of threads popped up in the related thread section. For some reason my searches keep coming up empty though.
