Strange situation at a young age

I'm really in a weird situation right now. 21 year old male with two very light halodrol cycles under my belt, all around the age of 21. The cycles were 6 weekers with proper serm pcts. I had always had a hard time getting stronger and gaining lbm, but on halo it was all much easier. I also felt a lot better than I normally do which made me strongly consider I had t problems. For some strange reason I have had no libido since age 18, and have always felt fuzzy and tired with an endless appetite. I remember that at one point around age 20 I ran the Texas method for a few months, gained 15lbs, and only put 10 pounds on my squat. Not normal for a 20 year old. Just the other day I went in to the Dr (endo) complaining of the low libido and the gyno that I have had since puberty. I asked him to check my testosterone levels and they came back at 159! He was shocked and ordered new labs where they came back at 388. Test 1 was around 10am and test 2 around 730am. The only difference was that for test 1 I was coming off 5 weeks on ultimate diet 2, and for test 2 I was a week into a diet break. The scary thing is that the Dr said that 388 is perfectly fine. Didn't 159 raise a red flag? I'm not ecstatic about the idea of being on trt for life starting at 21, but I would also like to feel like a normal man at this time in my life. Any ideas on what to do next if I would like to pursue some help?

Dieting can temporarily decrease your hormones, have regular refeeds and don't diet at all if you don't need to (for example if you're already 15% BF with abs, don't diet to 12% just to satisfy internet standards) 15% is perfectly healthy and there's no need to go lower at your (our) age.

You really aren't painting much of a picture just giving your total T. Nor have you really given any relevant information on your diet etc. Listen to your doc not internet guru's
