I have minor gyno that is isolated to 1 nipple.
If I look in the mirror at any random time, the nipple may appear darker and bigger than the nipple that is gyno free. However (and I know this sounds crazy), if I raise my arm over my head, contort my body, stretch my chest out, etc, the nipple sometimes goes back to normal size and color in a matter of seconds. Obviously this is not permanent, but it's as if blood or fluid or some bizarre effect is causing the nipple to change appearance.
Anyone know what might cause this?
