Str3ngth issues

Has anyone ever gotten a bottle of str3ngth that had empty caps in it? I'm a week in to taking it and I've found 3 completely empty caps. Just wondering if it's common.
 
I guess I should clear it up a bit. It's not like the caps busted open as there is no loose powder in the bottle. They just didn't get filled in the factory process.
 
After seeing this I just went and checked my Str3ngth unleashed. I have about 12 capsules left in my bottle and 5 of them were completely empty.

To say the least I am SHOCKED. I love OL and trust them more any other company on the market. I know I received one of the first batches when Str3ngth unleashed was released so I wonder if this was just a batch problem.

Definitely somethin OL should look int.

It is highly unusual for this to occur, the facility we use has a very solid track record. Nonetheless I definitely will make inquiries and get back to you guys.
