Storm/Glycergrow timing?

Just wondering about the timing for these 2.Was gonna take 1 scoop glycergrow and 1 serving storm 30minutes pre,1 scoop glycergrow mid,and 1 serving storm 1 scoop glycergrow post.Also wondering when I should have a pre meal as to not interfere with the supps?Thanks
