Anyone else have stomatch issues while taking SD? My stomatch has been messed up since I started taking it. :frustrate

i had no stomach trouble bro, but i did have to use the restroom alot. are you taking any sort of creatine drink? that sure as hell will do it to you!!!!!

Not sure what stomach trouble you mean but people that get stomach pain with orals can usually rid this problem by dosing with food.

im 1 week and a day at 20mg and i havent had any stomach problems at all the lethargy is quite annoying this is the only side thats ive seen so far. be more precise on the stomach issue

Not sure if this will help, but on 1-AD I had cramps upon waking in the morning, that only lasted throughout my 1-AD cycle, not sure why???

I was the same way on 1-ad. May not be the SD. May just be getting sick, just thought I'd ask. :whiner:

I had a terrible time on SD with stomach distention and the shits... Try some Acidophillus and get a fiber supplement. I also used ginger root with every meal, took digestive enzymes, and made sure I thouroughly cooked my oats before downing them in a shake or otherwise..

Thanks for the feed back! I actually just bought some Acidopholis today and am waiting for my digestive enzymes to arrive in the mail.
Were you taking SD with or without food?

Sure man.

I was taking my SD with my first meal of the day at 10mg (my first meal is my pre-workout meal), then 10mg with my last meal. Hope the Acidophillus and enzymes help you bro.

In my experice....yes. May be because you dont need to ingest nearly as much CEE as you do regular Creatine.

If your having digestion problems, eating oatmeal that isn't fully cooked can really upset your stomatch, and your body will have a tough time absorbing it. If its fully cooked, its MUCH easier for the stomatch to break down for digestion.

Yeah. I noticed that when I used to use 1-1/2c of raw oats in my post-workout shake, later in the day I would get this feeling like there was a boulder in my lower stomach area, followed by painful cramping with putrid flatulence.. Let's just say it wasn't very enjoyable (for me or anyone around.) Ever since I started cooking them in the microwave first, those symptoms seemed to greatly diminish. I guess some have this problem with oats and some don't.

Never had any stomach problems with SD, dosing it with food or without. Only when I upped my vitamin c dose did I get the shits.

side note -
I mix 1 cup of uncooked oats in my am shake and never have any stomach discomfort. Probably b/c they are pulverized into lil bits. :D

Anarchy, What were your results on SD?
I gained about 16lbs in 3 weeks, kept 13 through PCT, but lost all but 2lbs in the long run due to a family problem.
I can't really tell if splitting my doses up like I did really did anything different than if I were to have dosed differently, but I'll say it worked for me. :)

I have had stomach trouble the first 5 days. Today is day 6 and it seems to be about half as bad as it was. My guess is that it will be completely gone in a couple of days.

Me off topic too, but just thought I would mention: I get toasted oat bran from Trader Joes, toasted = cooked, has more fiber, more protein, already chopped pretty fine and tastes good. I throw it in protein shakes or add some hot water for some awesome hot cereal.

Yeah, that's some good stuff. I use it all the time! It has 23g of carbs/serving with 6g of fiber, and 7g of protein. Tastes good too.

Ah, thanks for the answer. I typically eat a bowl of oats in the morning and I just slice up a banana in it and pour milk on it, like cold cereal. I've never had any trouble but will keep your comment in mind if I ever have an issue where it might apply.

Some have digestion issues and others can drink oil and not have trouble.
Generally, as you age your digestive system will get worse (like everything else :smite: )
Im only 29, so I have to belive SD is giving me some GI issues.....I lowered my dose from 30mgs to 20mgs perday and added 100mgs of prostanozol. I'll report back to see if it makes any difference.

I'm glad to hear someone else mention this... my abdomen is completely distended right now... I look silly. I'm taking 40mgs of SD per day (20 x 2). Through the process of elimination, I feel pretty sure that the SD is the culprit. TI've also got some mild, seemingly continuous cramps...

personally I'd rather run a 1T/4AD cycle. I just feel 100 times better. On SD I felt like **** the whole time and lived to workout for the 3 weeks I was on

40mg is quite a dose, unless you are 250++.

SD bloated me, but did not cause me any digestive issues. I eat yogurt regularly, if not once a day at least every other day.
Something I noticed a while back was that if my daily food intake increases I have difficulty digesting, so I decided to start eating yogurt more frequently instead of taking a supplement - I have to eat either way, so why not eat food that helps your digestive system...
