I'm on my third week of omnadren injections and so far everything has been fine. Last night I pinned (didn't aspirate as I was told not to anymore) and didn't feel much pain in the quad, when I pulled out there was a blot of dark red blood that came out. It didn't bleed much, just that one blot and then a small amount more so I'm assuming I either nicked or hit a vein. After my injection, for the past 24 or so hours I've had a very consistent stomach pain. Is it possible that there is any correlation between the injection and this pain? I felt a little nauseous mid workout on leg day and did my injection when I got back from the gym.
