which stock are you adding ? PLTR ? if so yea dont do all at once, either 25% now and wait till march interest rate dip

Added a little to PLTR and SENS.
Should have waited of course. Hindsight... Bah!

I will wait now for the Ukraine mess to settle.

man i got screwed on SENS ..so i sold at the top ( in TD ameritrade account ) and rebought in again at 2.11 .. but i didnt knew about the wash sale rule .. it automatically gave me avg of like 3.23

i still dont understand much on how wash sale rule works .. dont think i ever had that issue on webull or etrade but on TD theres this rule on it ..gotta find a video which can explain it to me like im 5yrs old to understand it so i dont make the same mistake again

but yeah be patient on buying those 2 man .. i know its so tough having $ on side and not dumping it .. but will reward u long term

PLTR i remain bullish and will pay off huge as an investment .. i told my self 25shares max .. then ended up with 50 .. now im at 65 looking to increase more now ( $17-18 avg )

Wash sale isnt a TD rule, its a stock market and IRS related rule. TD and Fidelity just have a system where they show it to you in your face and do the math right so your aware your in a wash sale.

With wash sale it means you simply sold and then repurchased on a dip within 30 days, so you cant mark off tax losses until you sell and clear the transactions from your account. The IRS doest want people taking advantage of them (dont ask me, its them, lol!)

It doesnt mean you cant buy if there is an opportunity but do understand how the math works and double check everything I said as Im a certified stock retard.

yeah thats how i was explained it by TD customer service .. stupid now i have to keep avg down again lol
 
On top of everything else, crypto declined to a crappy low again last night. Bah! Starting to turn back up again now.

@ax1 - are you still the king of safemoon? Do you still have a billion 'moonies' in the original or does the V2 migration change your total count like a reverse split?

Still in on Safemoon as a long 3-5+ plus hold.

With 1000:1 consolidation I have 5 and a half million instead of 5 and a half billion. The tokens are 0.0012 right now, it for sure dipped hard recently and Im in the red from the low 0.002s but I try not to think about it. Just wish AMC squeezed, at this price Id quadruple my entire bet on this one.

i shoulda sold my shib when i was +$450 profits and dumped it into safemoon .. i wanna join the million club but far away and i hate bitmart/kucoin

We have known about the card project on a official level for half a year already, they are just getting closer, I just wonder if the centralized exchange will come out along with it as it makes sense but we will see.
 
I figure crypto has gotta find a way to be useful in commerce. I've still never bought anything for coin. And even transferring the little I 'mine' is a chore... takes maybe a half hour to confirm a simple transaction moving a few hundred dollars in crypto from the computer to my ledger thumb drive.

Crypto has got to be faster and secure, with a history ledger that can't be hacked or lost.

And it's gotta have some rational value. Not like 100 coin to equal a penny.

Alot of crypto's are very fast, some very well established for years such as XLM but for some reason they didnt do a whole lot with it. Crypto exchanges (including Safemoon soon ) are implementing credit cards link to their cryto accounts and your able to utlize cyrpto as instant payment, they do all the conversion and stuff so you can use it everywhere.

And besides crypto credit cards, alot of websites these days are taking crypto as payment and some for years. But really for those who want to make alot of money, potentially millions of dollars (no not with a $300 investment lol) this is where you want to be in the market right now, investing early in on the future and hope you are in the right projects.

AMC takes bitcoin and Shiba....for a $15 movie ticket a large company is willing to take 0.00039 BTC or 590,000 SHIB.

The pension bought 503,000 more AMC shares in the fourth quarter to lift its stake to 619,400 shares of the movie-theater chain.

Oh, and I just bought 7 more shares.. I went out with surgery last week.. When the wife sees that I spent $100+ on more AMC, it's gonna get ugly in the house. Lol.

A squeeze within the next couple of months would be ideal for me. Like I said, being out for 4+ months is absolutely freaking my wife out! I made a decent amount of my income off of overtime.. Now, I'll be getting paid 40 hours a week.. We'll survive, but I hate watching the wife stress so much. Our boy starts private high school in the fall. That's her biggest worry.

I did watch the group live before they took off from California and there is a small army of trucks, rv's and cars on the highway right now heading to DC.

I bought EOG yesterday as a natural gas play. Looking at Raytheon, but it's not like we are getting into a shooting war(yet). Lockheed Martin makes the incredible Javelin anti-tank missile.

What is a wish list for stocks you are waiting to buy on a big dip? Apparently meme stocks isn't it.... 😞

Probably something solid with positive earnings and growing EPS and Revenue forecasts year over year.

Some of the reading I've been doing is telling me to gold off for the next month or so on buying any dips..
Oil seems to be mentioned the most.
If Biden opens the Keystone pipeline, what stocks does that effect?
Will the housing market begin to fall? Right now people are paying more than asking price in some locations.

I'm nervous about the American economy. Personally, I feel fortunate for where I live and work in the oil, gas, and chemical industry. I'm constantly thinking about the rest of my family up in the Midwest..
 
My wife thinks that the market struggles coming because of the Russian invasion will affect every single stock, including amc..

Just dont attach yourself to dates or stuff like "imminent." Enjoy Lou for who he is I love all his video's, but he has been saying stuff like this since last June.
