Oh no this is like ludacris warp speed level feelin unseen beforeHasn't Trey been 'feelin it's for a couple months now?
Are those how many are said to of voted? Cause if that's the case, it's not the total count. I'm certain many did not vote.Vice President of AMC confirmed the 4.1 million retail shareholders from the early June count was a worldwide count, not just domestic.
There could be more now or course.

Yes its for total retail investors, not the count. There were questions for a while since as to the who was included in the overall retail investor count. Are those how many are said to of voted? Cause if that's the case, it's not the total count. I'm certain many did not vote.
AMC looking beautiful right now.
I'll take a few dollar increase each day. Heading in the right direction for margin call.Annnnnnnd 47 now
Yeah, this creeping up is nice and all.... but unless it forces shorts to panic, it's not making big bank.I'll take a few dollar increase each day. Heading in the right direction for margin call.
His brackets I assume are squeeze potential price, I assume. Unless he means that is what a normal share price should be. All we need is slow upwards price movement for the short squeeze to take place. How do we know they have not covered the shorts? Because they work so diligently to not let the price go up. One would only have a vested interest in keeping the price down if the price going up will only screw them. So I'm still convinced in a very real short squeeze, not gamma, not FOMO price movement, but an actual short squeeze that will cause the price to sore in the thousands.Yeah, this creeping up is nice and all.... but unless it forces shorts to panic, it's not making big bank.
47 is an improvement from 32.... but its nowhere close to Big Lou brackets. Ya know??
Amazon does over $200 billion in sales each year, and AMC does about 1 billion. This is a good point.View attachment 208090
True, but this isn't a fundamental play, and the value right now, nor is the squeeze based on the companies fundamental value. So I don't care about fundamentals, for it doesn't effect this play.Amazon does over $200 billion in sales each year, and AMC does about 1 billion.
And this year Amazon projects earning $53.26 per share while AMC projects a loss of $-2.85 per share
Just sayin'....
I agree our AMC is a squeeze gambit... just pointing out that when some dope on reddit tries to compare AMC to Amazon stock price, there really IS a very good reason why they are different.True, but this isn't a fundamental play, and the value right now, nor is the squeeze based on the companies fundamental value. yeah they are bunch of screw losses on that forum .. i remember they were comparing to Berkshire last month .. i was like lets hope so but most likely wont lolI agree our AMC is a squeeze gambit... just pointing out that when some dope on reddit tries to compare AMC to Amazon stock price, there really IS a very good reason why they are different.
Lots of misinformation and misdirection on the forums...just keeping it real.
And honestly, fundamentals aside, based on supply and demand, AMC should be significantly higher SOLELY due to there being more buys/holds than sells. A lot for factors can contribute to a heightened stock price, and company value is only one factor.I agree our AMC is a squeeze gambit... just pointing out that when some dope on reddit tries to compare AMC to Amazon stock price, there really IS a very good reason why they are different.

Cause the idiots want to make money shorting the company. Pack of fools.
Thanks bro, and thanks to every one else who contacted me in private. Your support means a lot to me. I did say Ill come back here when Im ready, and I think 5 days later Im back freed from the abyss I was sucked in, well I hope, lolCan't say I don't blame ya dude!! Some people can be toxic.. I'm happy to see you back, and I saw that DD. It's good stuff. The skeptics are going to be blown away when AMC squeezes. Thanks bro, and thanks to every one else who contacted me in private. Anyways from now on Ill be able to give a little more energy to the stock and crypto threads, and I will post politics here directly time to time only when it relates directly to our economy and stock market and it may effect of us regardless of our political backgrounds.
Here is some important interesting news reason Im motivated to come back and share this, not sure if anybody has been following what has been going on with CitiBank and their holdings for AMC shares as a custodial bank for Banco in Brazil, but apparently (I wouldnt confirm everything here is 100% legit) CitiBank holds some 510 million AMC shares in depository as a custodial service if I am understanding right.
Im still listening to the video's of the calls, not caught up yet but this is really interesting. If dont have time you can just skim the description from the video's. The links from the twitter post on youtube are embedded on our post here all the way down below.
Take this with a grain of salt, Im just a dumb guy finding stuff on the internetz and posting it here, if anyone can discredit this please do so.
Quote from video description:
"This is a recorded phone call with Christian Glynn from Citi. He is the Vice President, Head of Depositary Receipts Operations for the company. So know that this is a pretty important person that I'm speaking to in regards to BDRs for A2MC34 (Brazilian ticker symbol) It proves that by law for both countries, according to the rules & regulations for BOTH, CitiBank as the "Custodial Bank" for Banco B3's A2MC34 BDRs, is REQUIRED BY LAW to hold the equal amount of AMC shares (the underlying stock that the BDRs are representing & sold in the Brazilian market) to the BDRs.
According to the ratio breakdown that Banco B3 has set for A2MC34, it's a 6 to 1 RATIO. So for EVERY 6 - "A2MC34" BDRs, it equals to 1 AMC share. At this time there is 3.08 BILLION A2MC34 BDRs being sold in Brazil. So given that FACT, 6 divided by 3.08B = 510+ MILLION AMC SHARES are being held at Citi Custodial Services.
Don't let me convince you, let the Christian Glynn tell you the laws himself with his own voice. This call was recorded on August 23, 2021 at approximately 10:46AM PST. You can download this unedited original file here for reference. https://drive.google.com/file/d/17lOA... This is not the best call but he does confirm everything. The next 2 calls, ESPECIALLY the 2nd call from Michael Moore is gonna JACK YOUR TITS! P.S. If you wanna speak to Christian himself, his office number is: 973-461-7021 & you can even email him at [email protected] If you download the files, you'll see the telephone numbers in which they called me from. Also his LinkedIn Profile Page: http://www.linkedin.com/in/christian-..."
$45.01 would have been nice, $47.01 much better.Like other Fridays, is there a number we're looking for at the close today?
Another long weekend of no trading. Lol. At least I have football to distract me.
Thanks for your input, I gotta get into the videos when I have time later.Brazil story sounds kooky to me.
Nowhere is it shown that Brazil is actually trading 3 billion shares, that is some goofy math the internet kid came up with.
And nowhere is all these monotonous poorly recorded phone calls does Citi say they actually have 510 million shares held.
I tried to get a sense of the REAL volume trading in Bazil, and the wall street journal had like 107 shares. Low low volume (see pic) No way reflective of 3 billion shares flying around Brazil. THAT is where the mistake was made in the internet forum youtube detective math.
I bet when the kid took the brazil share price to total value, and came out to 500+ million shares that was really the total AMC shares and market value worldwide. Conveniently matching almost exactly the amount of total shares of AMC publicly traded. See?Thanks for your input, I gotta get into the videos when I have time later.
Volume has no exact correlation to shares held though, right? That’s just trading activity. I mean you have have trillions of shares but if people aren’t trading or other volume will be low. I’m the other hand I can see that as a red alarm and to do deeper digger before we confirm this info.
I’m traveling with family today and for first time for a break to look at the market .. holy crap what is happening jjst bleeding everywhere
Fed speaking or job release news ?
Ps good to see u back here ax1 , fck these sensitive assss hoes who blame others when they lose a penny
So this is where I am now (just a note ahead of time, Im inconclusive and skeptical)....and first Ill pull direct numbers that people are talking about in regards to BDR free float and the ratio BDR:AMC.I bet when the kid took the brazil share price to total value, and came out to 500+ million shares that was really the total AMC shares and market value worldwide. Conveniently matching almost exactly the amount of total shares of AMC publicly traded. See?
I bet the Brazil market Share price is based on the total worldwide share value. Not duplicating it... but participating in it. At an incredibly low volume, which matches reality MUCH closer.
These damn reddit kids chasing shadows all day...
Hit $47.87 shortly after 10am, that $48ish has been a sticking point.Close to 47 a share today
Wow, I remember holding FCEL briefly when it was in the high teens, and dumped it way before it hit 30s....probably would have held on anyways and lost that profit for that time lolpicked up some FCEL ( avg'd down ) and some SOS @2.56
yup same i traded FCEL for profit couple times and got stuck holidng at $9 and dipped to $6 now ..slowly avg down .. seems like a great long term playWow, I remember holding FCEL briefly when it was in the high teens, and dumped it way before it hit 30s....probably would have held on anyways and lost that profit for that time lol
For NIO holders, NIO wants to (if they arent already) dilute though market offering $2 billion worth of shares (about 3% of the total float) if they havent done so already at market price so there will be a drop. I think this is a good play for the company and I dont mind riding out the storm, Im holding long anyways.
AMC touched $49.40 after opening, dipped down in the 46s of course but this is a newer high as of late.
