No special catalyst. I was just looking for a genome stock... went through the cathie wood ARK list of holdings, and thought this one looked best based on stats, to hold.

I did my first just 3 years ago, its a great feeling thats for sure especially when you have no doubts about the house and location. Congrats!

Something called homestead exemption. It takes away most property tax. Applying for that next year when I'll be able to. Just found out about such a thing recently.

We can add methods in this thread lol. I found out because the previous owner had a lowe mortgage price than ours. The loan officer said it was because she had a homestead exemption. I looked it up, and it takes away all the taxes, and to qualify in Texas, the home has to be the home you live in, and have to live in from Jan 1, hence why I have to apply next year. First time I heard of it, and it's real nice.

im waiting for etrade to open up to chat with them about it

p.s AMC looking great pre, hopefully crossed 63 and it can fly

I had some TRCH so mine got halved and then I had a margin call issue with them (was like $15) cuz it was all fucky... not sure how that made any sense when I bought them in a Roth with actual cash and then somehow it got all messed up and I ended up -$15 margin with $20 cash still... Saw a lot of people had the same issues (margin problems with cash bought long holds)

This is exciting. AMC will break out. The squeeze will happen. We will have to plan a meetup after it's said and done.
 
I worked last night and just woke up.. For some reason, I thought today was Saturday and no trading.. I log in to my webull account and see all red!! WTF!?

Interesting. I wonder what day?? Looked on line and found this list for yesterday June 28th 2021 and AMC was NOT on it.

It was there Friday and Monday, not today. That was on the NSE.com website.

If there is a certain amount of failed to delivers you get put on the list, the SEC acknowledges there may be a potential of abusive practices such as naked shorting. There may be a process if it makes the list a certain amount of days then a 13 day process triggers that the failure of delivers need to be proven to be covered or something like that (going by memory)

At minumum it shows the AMC Apes potentially are not tin foils Apes and that the government is also concerned about naked shorting this stock.

NIO finally cracked $50!

Thats my second biggest play after AMC, average cost $36.
