I absolutely love Lou!! Am I being shilled??? I hope not, but I highly doubt it.
He speaks in codes that, after watching more videos, you'll pick it all up.
My wife is convinced that he has turrets. Lol. She's also about 9 years younger than us.
Either way, he gives good info & I love his delivery.

What a mess, I hold MMAT and have a good profit sitting. What would happen if I sold my MMAT took my profits and just held my TRCH?
Reason being im losing on TRCH from the recent drop.

Nice video, the boards are all over the place and move to fast to even ask.

If my MMAT drops to TRCH price I will really be losing profits

Thoughts?
 
Another question, what would happen if I just loaded up on more TRCH today at a lower price and try to play the squeeze?

That video was awesome, I know i wouldn't get the div but there may be some profits to be made before the merge. Its moving pretty dam good this morning

I took some profit when trch hit 11+ but kept a majority of my shares. My plan is to hold the remaining...I already will get the dividend and will hold til after the merger with meta.

I cant stand these youtubers called TRCH a distraction .. only because its on high short squeeze

they have no idea why people had bought into the co back in feb when news were announced.

I havent followed MMATF as carefully but as far as I understand you will get 3.6 TRCH for every Meta anyways so doesnt seem like a big deal. TRCH people only get 1 to 1

The TRCH people are getting an access special dividend in the future if we hold through the 30th (when the merger is complete assuming there are no delays. And the payment is way down the road when the assets are sold) Im not positive about MMATF.

This one has been a headache for me and there is alot of fake news out there, I would call Fidelity and get the facts from them about the dividends for MMATF. I know us TRCH people are getting cash divdends but I just tried and its harder to find detailed info about MMAT and I dont want to spill wrong info on here about that.

Keep in mind Meta may be a good long term several year play if it doesnt short squeeze, especially if rumors about dealing with TSLA come out to be true, but thats just that rumors and speculation. Even if it doesnt Meta may potentially be the future which is what we long term holders are gambling on. If it short squeezes Im certainly cashing out I could use the money.

I keep regretting not going in on Build A Bear, just hit a ATH. Who wouldnt want Build A Bear?

Not planning on getting in now, trying to avoid chasing most of the time it doesnt pay off unless your a good swing trader.

TRCH situation is getting a little more complicated, so not only will it be 1:1, but there may also be a reverse split at the same time making the value double, but maybe it cuts your shares in half. so if you have 100 shares you will get only 50 at double the value, if I got this right LOL META may get 1.485 shares or something due to the reverse split.

Good update video, and also the CEO talking about potential for short squeeze.

Damn I really wanted 3.6shares

So basically .. example of 100shares

TRCH - will be priced at 9.30 w/ 50 shares
MMATF - you will have total of 180 as opposed to 360shares
 
So lets say TRCH does its reverse split and then merge into META...........What if.........being that its one of the top shorted stocks in the world they legitimately expose naked shorts....hmmmmmmmm

I dont think the share quantity matters, your getting the same value either way, shouldnt make a difference. Your reducing the enitre float in half, so its not like your losing anything.

Theory is that the CEO is going apeshyt crazy over shorts trying to make his company bankrupt and he is foaming at the mouth wanting a short squeeze to happen and shorters going bankrupt. This is a theory, but we do have confirmation that the CEO is at least aware of the short squeeze potential in that video I posted last night.

The issue is for options people that those who have sets of 100 are gonna get all screwed up cuz now they can’t sell calls with half a lot (or less calls with half the lot(s))

Hard to believe it would take a year. Lou says it's any day now, not that Lou is an oracle, but I like that optimism.
