Wow interesting call with Fidelity, sounds like they fuqqing people. If call is authentic, Fidelity claims they are unable to remove the restriction and nobody can trade it on their platform.

What was shocking was that as the head of CEOBlock and self proclaimed leader of naked shorting war that he would even nned to ask that after all this time.

I know he is compiling evidence to show to Congress, but really???? I think what he is trying to do is just get the GTII community back, thats the best he ever had and he lost most of it permanently.

Speaking of GTII this dividend is quickly turning into a big shytfest and Im out of popcorn lol

At this point for me, entertainment mostly to tell you the truth unless there is a new update here and there. For newbies listening in a handful of times is a real nice education piece how the markets work, how amazingly corrupt and appalling it is both inside Wallstreet and the those who are supposed to protect us from them.

GTII and FNGR isnt a stock play, its a lifestyle LOL!!!!

Liberty was the transfer agent to all the brokerages 6 months ago. Brokers can put up some digital bullcrap on the screen and say here is your dividend. Now they claim they cant unrestrict them, or some say if they do you cant trade it, or some say if you want them get the hell out of here and we will send it to a different brokerage, some say how about a piece of paper, some are claiming they dont have them but the transfer agent will get it to them in 2 week but they wont be tradeable?????

Its obvious there are more shares of GTII than the amount of dividends that could possibly be produced to cover each GTII shares. Same crap happened when GTII gave our Warrants to their shareholders and brokerages refused to unlock them last year.

April 28 Global Tech Industries Group, Inc. to reward GTII shareholders with one common stock dividend for every 10 shares held.

Have you talked to this Liberty company directly? Reading this, it says the company wrote some Rule 144 "legal opinion". That doesn't sound rock solid at all !! If they are writing a legal opinion, it sounds like there are other legal opinions that disagree. Maybe the whole GTII promise is shady and not clearly legal, and Liberty is going back and forth with GTII lawyers and legal opinions before executing anything.

Im just waiting for this to play out a little since I already for the most part know whats going on and dont feel like going on a phone with a brokerage for another hour at this point. Waiting on GTII and their lawyers to respond to retail. Its not like I actually need the shares to sell them.

IMO GTII knows what they are doing (this was only to expose the naked shorts via count) and unlike last year when the same issues accured with the Warrants they gave out to shareholders there is a much more sophisticated team and already pending legal battle going on. Im ready to hold onto GTII for as long as it takes at this stage unless I hit my price targets (some very reasonable, some miraculous) then Im out lol.

CNLV did the same thing earlier this year but the brokerages used some messed up wording in the legal work and instead of giving out restricted dividends they just gave out straight stock via digital bullcrap and told everybody to take a hike.

The IR guy said unofficially CLNV was asked for an additional 40+ million shares they werent supposed to give out before all that happened, which is why the brokerages screwed that up to their advantage.

In NVOS, Daniel's baby, company posted first time in year that news is 'imminent" they are facing delisting so very risky.

I killed it with Frank's VIRI yesterday when a couple days ago he started talking about it, in .55 a few days ago and out yesterday at .73 although too early as it pumped to .90 but happy with profits.

Took SOUN entry earlier this week at 1.55, now 1.77 holding till next week likely they have earnings and AI is getting hot again I think.

Took a huge loss with HOWL exiting post market yesterday and that stock blew up this morning. shyt!!!!

LOL, there are some serious people in GTII I wouldnt worry about it. GTII is a hated stock and I wonder why so many people want to post FOMO and a almost worthless penny stock????

Anyways just researched and thats a different suite, Google shows its the UPS Store, they likely have a shipping box like I do for my own business but at the post office. Invalid Link Removed

Im on GTII website and it says
511 6th ave
new york, ny 10011

also that google search is 12 years old but if that place is still there and its suite #800 .. then yes its a restaurant lol

Its normal to have stuff like that in NYC but people are just making it up. 511 is the building but can be divided in suite's.

Im more than guessing its the UPS store mailing box, its the only thing that makes sense. Not confirmed though, maybe GTII is run out of a restaurant basement bunker lol
 
After William having another mental breakdown yesterday talking about LGIQ, that stock just tanked to .07. William actually said it could go to 5 cents. WTF he needs to go on vacation.

GTII is definitely stating their office is Suite #800. It comes from their 2023 10-Q report in an SEC filing. I found it here....

Lol not most convenient for me to go there, about 2 hours 1 way. Paid some $45 just to park plus tip the other day too, plus LOTS of tolls and they will start charging "congestion pricing" soon too just for driving into that dump.

im about 5-6 hrs away .. i heard tolls almost doubled on

we always make fun of cardio but seems like thats the way to go to survive lol
