Stimul8ting These Gains With Finaflex

I make it a couple different ways as well. Sometimes I add a tbs of vanilla extract to the honey and water. Also I like switching chipotle powder in with the honey/water instead if cinnamon.
The vanilla extract is a real good idea. I didn't use water, I just squirted the honey and stirred everything around until coated. It took about 45 min to bake at 350
 
I know tomorrow I'll have a cheat day that will start in the afternoon cause I have a business dinner in Chicago so basically I'll have dinner and drinks. The dinner is already chosen for you cause it's at the signature room at the top of the John Hancock. Normally the dinner is decently healthy. A filet with a vegetable and some kind of potato I think, which isn't bad but everyone normally hangs out all afternoon Saturday doing some day drinking and shopping, it's a lot of fun. Today's workout was shoulders and triceps.

This quad set was awesome and those rear delts were burning, I could barely get 5 of the swings

I know I could of gotten more than 6 on the 75's but I don't have a spotter so I just wanted to be careful. I was really feeling it too which sucked.

After the last set of ext I brought the ez bar down and started the uprights right away. This was a badass combo.

Sick combo, pumped like crazy.

10 sec rest in between sets.

Oh and my wife took 1/2 scoop of stimul8 and first she loved the flavor. This gave her great energy, her normal favorite is ANS Diablo but I think we might have a replacement! She asked if it is the same type of product, like a thermogenic. I thought they would be in the same category, the reason she asked is because she lost a decent amount of weight on Diablo. I'm pretty sure we will be making a Stimul8 order soon!

Nice work man. Yeah should be in the same category. Stimul8 is pretty thermo from my understanding. Plus I'm sure it's totally different than Diablo. Some shock to the norm might even increase some lb shedding. Everyone I know that's tried stimul8 is an instant fan

Incline DB curl(these were done one arm at a time until failure then back to the first arm and so on)
There were 4 sets total and each set went back and fourth between arms 5 times. These are the same, really supinating the wrist so my pinkies are facing up.

Ok back at it today. I put my diet on hold for this weekend just to have a great time and enjoy myself. Saturday wasn't bad diet wise except for the alcohol which was whiskey. Sunday my diet sucked, I think I was still drunk half the day. The homes in our neighborhood are selling really well right now so my wife and I are actually considering moving to Chicago to live downtown. We have always loved the city and we figured why not. I got some leg action going this morning! I know I read on one of the other logs that people say the focus is there but the stim is gone. That isn't the case for me, I still get buzzed from it almost every morning. I'll take it.

Rests were 5-10 sec. Here as well. My legs were hurting so bad during these. I figured I could get more than 8 reps but hell no. Dem quads were hurting by the 8th rep!

today is exactly 2 weeks of taking stimul8 everyday.....maybe a slight drop off but still gets me going....i have noticed that effects don't seem to last quite as long as when i started, but still longer than most stims!!!

Yes I was talking about stimul8. The stim effect has maybe lessened a little but not much. I've had stims that completely disappear and your like wtf!

We are just looking right now, I guess it depends on a couple factors. The main one is our boys and child care. Right now my mom and my mother in law watch them during the day.

child care is a real roll of the dice...fortunately my kids never had to go that route and hopefully my wife and the other grandmas can cover the grandkids.

the money is only a small part of it....the abuse that happens with non-talking infants is incredible!!! there are stories on the news all the times about infants being abused by child care providers, and for every 1 that gets caught imagine how many that go undetected.

strangers responsible for our childrens care is the number 1 worst thing that came from women joining the work force, imho!!!
