StimINO and Kenpo

First week of StimINO Impressions

I've been taking 2 scoops if StimINO in a fasted state every morning for over a week. Here are my impressions:

Mixing 8/10
Shaking will result in foaming so it's better to swirl. No undissolved material remains.

Taste 7/10
I've tried from 8 to 16 oz of water. The sweet spot for me is 10 oz.

Effects 8/10
The caffeine hits in about 20 mins on an empty stomach. Smooth energy without jitters. The hang time is about 4 hours. Typical caffeine crash occurs but nothing serious just that afternoon need for tea or coffee feeling.

Recovery
Too early to say. I typically use other BCAA products for my intra workout drinks. I'm feeling just fine and recovered between lifting sessions.

Looks like Row-a-thon in full gear today. Awesome rowing!
The DQ is so true. Wish people could move on from yesterday. It's past tense, in the books. Concentrate on what you can change!

Best interruption possible. How is he? where is he stationed now?
I always drop everything when he calls. He's doing well. Was transferred from LeMoore to San Diego (Top Gun base). I have a business trip in November planned to that area. I want a ride in an F18! Thanks for asking Simon!

....just something so cool when you type 'Top Gun' base. Maverick!

A ride in a fighter jet would be quite something - is he a pilot?

It would be so cool! He's not a pilot but an aviation ordnance tech. I'm a former private pilot but only for single engine. I miss flying!

You should do it again! My step-dad used to take me up in single engines and gliders all the time. Was so much fun.

Crazy amount of weight moved dude. Keep it up!
Thanks Sean! Record deadlift day for me. Did you guys put SD in StimINO?! Lol

Killer lifting again brother!
I know you go by heart rate, which is smart, but on average what are your rests in a DL session like that? Just curious

Yes, still use HR monitor. OLAD requires minimum 3 min rest. As the exercised muscles fatigue the HR takes longer to lower. At sets 7 through 10 it takes about 5 mins to drop to baseline.

I wish I had that patience. No wonder I can't hit your volume. Lol

Smart man

This. Very smart training with a monitor, I've always thought that when following your logs.

I bet you are getting mire out of that particular lift/muscle group because of it

As opposed to me going balls to the wall super setting and tiring myself out lol

Hamstrings and glutes feeling it today. Let's get the quads complaining as well! Tried seated calf raises but couldn't easily balance more than 2 plates on the one knee.

Yeah boy! That'll burn those quads for sure! I bet the last couple sets became grueling to get the legs all the way up...lol

Thanks guys! Strong leg lifts mean wobbles for 3 days! I'm wobbly today! Lol

Second week of StimINO Impressions

I've been taking 2 scoops of StimINO in a fasted state every morning for two weeks. Here are my further impressions:

Mixing 8/10
Swirl but don't shake as the aminos cause foaming. This was expected and the good thing is no undissolved material remains.

Taste 8/10
I've tried from 8 to 16 oz of water. The sweet spot is still 10 oz. The taste grows on you and I'm starting to like it so I bumped the rating up. I wish CL would drop the acesulfame, but that's my opinion.

Energy and Pump 8/10
The caffeine still hits in about 20 mins on an empty stomach giving you smooth energy without jitters. The hang time is about 4 hours. Typical caffeine crash occurs but nothing serious just that afternoon need for tea or coffee feeling. No pump or vascularity is noticed.

Recovery and Endurance 8/10
With StimINO I'm feeling fairly recovered between lifting sessions. Where I'm seeing this supplement shine is in the endurance area.

Price 6/10
I like StimINO so I visited the CL website. Guys, the price seems high to be honest. I'm sure, like other supplements, that price competition will drive the price down. The bottle indicates 60 servings but my Stim tolerance dictates 30! Maybe CL could produce a high and low stim version? Lol

How did I miss this log of yours?! Late but in!
