Hey y’all! Excited to start this log! So it finally arrived in the mail and started it last night! Thank you to Mike and Wes I appreciate this opportunity!
So to test the waters and see how I responded I started with only one pre workout.
Was a leg day for me after a very long stressful day I might add haha
I did notice a slight increase in focus and gave me a little pep in my workout. But more so the focus side I was quite pleased with!
Will be bumping it up to 2 pills pre workout for my dynamic upper body day!
