Still waiting for refund

I'm only posting here as an addition to my posts at IBE forums regarding a refund that has been promised to me for 2 OT-1 kits since before the hurricane. I've been very patient, and have even suggested maybe just receiving some order specials in the meantime, store credit, or a partial refund. Unfortunately, I still have not had any luck recieving a straight answer from anyone. Is there anything that can be done at this point? I've made several additional orders and have continued to refer freinds to your site, but now I'm not so sure...

I just checked my most recent cc statment and saw that you had applied my refund. Thank you so much for following through with this. I know things haven't been easy following Katrina, and reflects your outstanding customer service. I will be sure to continue ordering through your site, and continue to recommend your services/ products to my friends.
