Still not sure how much nolva post cycle

Going to be doing a 2 week cycle of MIT. I know i should be taking nolva for 2 weeks after that. What daily dosing should i be following? I know this has been answered before but i have seen so many different opinions im not sure what to do

Go with the standard of 40 mg ever day for the first week and 20 mg every day for week two. No reason to go with any more or less
