still look smooth, how bout nolva?

Okay so some days I look ripped on my cycle but others I tend to be more smooth. Since I have nolva and clomid post cycle should I run some nolva now at small doses to see if I will rip up more?
 
okay well here is my diet, what should I adjust

Cottage cheese, non fat yogurt, 5 eggs
2 scoops whey 2 cups milk
can tuna, 30g chedder cheese
2 scoops whey 2 cups milk
pre workout shake (juice peanut butter, 2 scoops)
Post workout shake (same)
Dinner (varies but usually at least 50g protein in bison,beef,chicken plus potatoes and veggies)

my water intake should be how many litres??

The cottage cheese, cheddar cheese and peanut butter all have a lot of salt (normally).   Do you salt your eggs and veggies too?  Could be that simple.
