Grab a frozen lunchbox ice pack and stick it directly onto your tuckus for 2 minutes. It will be very cold and even sting a little but follow me on this.

Have a trained or experienced friend inject the needle (ideally full of something anabolic) into the spot on your tuckus that you chilled.

If they are carrying a conversation with you, you probably won't even realize it happened.

Next time you have them guide your hand for you. Then after that, you try it yourself.
Done. No more fear.
