Steroids and immune system

Is there any connection with steroids drastically lowering immune system??

First cycle was
Sustanon 400mg week 50mg anavar

Got a flu 2 times and both times coyldbt get rid of it. Each flu lasted over 2 weeks. One at 8 weeks into a cycle another at 15 weeks.

On second cycle now
Test e 425mg
Dbol 40mg

Im 4 weeks in and been stuck in bed last 7 days. Literally feel like dying, cant even get out of bed.

Apart from that havent had flu in like 10years...

I have used sarms and prohormones before and i was fine.
Whats ur experiences guys?
 
They prescribe steroids to AIDS patients which makes me think it at least shouldn’t further worsen their immune systems. But I have heard of “test flu.” I’m not sure what causes that.

Test Flu stems from a sudden increase in testosterone usually linked to shorter esthers.
Edited: + Anavar is given to burn victims...

It was teh test.
 
My friend who used to work at an HIV clinic said this is why they used nandrolone long term but only used oxandrolone and oxymetholone for short periods, like less than 6 months.

dang, good read.

I noticed on my yearly bloodwork thru work that my WBC count was on the low range (although, my RBC count was in the high range for obvious reasons).

since I'm on TRT (test cyp-200mg, HCG, Ad-ex), I wonder, based off that article, if it's worth it to let my total testosterone to drop down a bit when I get flu shots, etc?

EDIT:

side note, I noticed I had a bug during the summer I couldn't shake, and ran some T3 for a cut. got rid of the bug pretty quick, which I attributed might have been connected to a fever-like state from the increased RMR/body temperature...

some guys also react to the oil and BA used in the testosterone.... it's generally cottonseed or sesame seed oil, I believe. if you have an allergy or sensitivity, that could be a factor, as well.,..
 
Yep. I can't tell you how many times I've read cycle logs where the person got sick at some point during the cycle. It's common

Yep, off cycle I’m never ill (got two young kids at school so they often pick up bugs but I’m always ok), on my first test run got a cold twice.......
