Steroid use and acne prevention?

Just curious, as I haven't seen much info posted about it... How are steroid users preventing acne? Is there a supplement someone can take to prevent it, or are they just taking 3 showers a day and scrubbing themselves really good??? HAHA! I see these pro BBers, who take truck-loads of gear, and they never have any acne.

A few tbsp's of apple cider vinegar every day is supposed to help with acne. I have no idea if this is true. I think it worked for me. Could have been something else. It's really cheap though, so it could be worth a shot.

Tanning always works for me too. Proactive keeps mine suppressed but does not clear it all up. Just don't tan and use the proactive, Itl burn ya up. If you do an google search for steroid acne treatment you should be able to pull a few good threads. I know I've seen quite a few over at steroid.com.

I used to have horrible acne and never get acne on cycle. Accutane is the answer
