It depends on the compound too. Tren will break down at a lower temp. So you can't go over 175 degrees I believe with Tren. All others should be fine at 240-250 degrees. Make sure you put a large gauge needle w/o syringe in the top of vial to vent.
He's talking about the vials. It doesn't matter what the temp is for the glass vials. The rubber is good at 220, but I hesitate to go any higher. I think you are thinking he is mixing the compounds. He's just sterilizing the glass and stopper, from what I understand.

I did a half hour at 220 awhile back and it turned out fine. No issues with melting rubber or anything. Did have some spillage thru the needle which i assume is from the pressure increase tho. Prob lost a ml or so..
