Tyga you goof there's qdoba's all around STL. If you come up my way we'll tear my gym up & smash some burritos afterward!

As for the hip flexors squatting, this phys ther at my gym (who used to powerlift) told me to warm up on the stationary bike for 8-10 min before squatting. He said set the seat as deep as you can & flair your knees out if possible to get into more of a squatty position. Pedal at a mild pace, nothing serious at all, & it will get some blood in the flexors & warm them some before you hit the rack.

I did it for a month & haven't had hip flexor pain since, even despite discontinuing the bike.

Hyde! I actually think we're going to make it up there either this weekend or next. Going to just hang around STL, shop and all that jazz with the wife. If we get a Telly and stay for the weekend then we can def get together and hit the gym!!

Ps. Thanks for the advice on the hip flexors!
 
Update with the weight situation. I'm down 4-5lbs, seems to have leveled off. My weight belt fits A LOT better lol
 
yea n whole grain bread. Great befor bed haha. Keeps me from having any junk food cravings

That's why I do it lol I usually pound a pint of ice cream sometime mid week or weekend and I haven't done that in two weeks

Volatile is where it's at. Never had a more satisfying day in & day out preworkout yet. Others were nice for a few one-night stands or a week of hookups, but Volatile was the kind of gal you can go longterm with ;)

Took a heaping scoop of volatile again today. Very smooth energy again and an awesome pump again. Volatile is slowly winning me over!

My favorite outlet. I just went to DeerPark outlets in Long Island. Good shopping spot for kids too.

I've been good a bit busy but good. Misses the gym for four days which is painful lol. Going today tho ;-)

Reverse pec dec fly- 5 sets worked up to 110x10 Db rear fly- 20x10x4 superset with seated face pulls for four sets
Db military press- 45x10 55x10 60x8 65x8 Upright rows (cabled) 30x12x4

Trained fasted this morning, clean strong energy throughout the entire session. Had a better pump today in the delts than I have any other time I've worked out with while on volatile.. Cumulative effect maybe?

So far pct is going really well, I'm a huge fan of this evomuse abliterate now lol my mid section is tightening up, and my energy levels haven't dipped since coming off. Haven't had any mood swings/changes (ever) with the clomid.

Weight fluctuates but I've loss about 4-5lbs so far that's it!,

This has been my lunch for the last two weeks lol

2tbsp Greene chili sauce
130g black beans
4oz chicken (cubed)
28g shredded cheese (mozzarella)
80g guacamole
1/2c shredded lettuce

This is my make shift chipotle.. Just a lot less expensive lol
