Seated leg curl- 115x15 135x12x4
Hack squat (lbs per side) 45x8x4
Db ham- 25x10x4

Havent done anything heavy (leg wise) in what feels like for ever... usually video my leg sessions just so i can get some criticism (if there is some) forgot to do it though..

Ate a sushi roll after my session, will have some ice cream to top it off (cheat meal) and a turkey/cheese sandwhich on a pretzel roll.

If I recall last time I saw you heavy on squats you built up to 285x4 for one set - meaning your 255x6 for 2 sets in a row should have you very near your previous peak power. Pretty freakin' good if you ask me for all the time off heavy squatting you had to take with the knees & all.

mmmm....your cheat meal sounds so tasty. My hunger has been out of control lately, & it's had my weight on a roller coaster (and any definition in my core keeps showing then blurring). I'm talking full cut mode, lean & clean and way under maintenance followed by a 3 cheat meals in 2 days. It's nuts. Not getting fatter, but not getting leaner cuz my hunger is decimating my willpower & I keep relapsing. I just want a recomp maint diet I can stick to!

Lol i dont even want to talk about this past weekend. Our air went out at our place friday, the actual compressor- and our landlord (we live in an apt) coudnt get anyone out to our place until monday. So we stayed with my in-laws.. pizza, ice cream, beeftips and noodles (not too shabby) lemon creame pie, cocnut custard pie.. lol diets been bananas. Back at it today though.

*little side note- my facial hair growth has slowed wayyyy down. And my nuts are rediculously small. My SD cycle didnt atrophy my boys like this cycle is

On day 13 of torem and clomid and they are coming back nicely.

Ive got clomid. Wife didnt like me on torem.. made my jizz THICK, she hated it lol last time i used clomid my balls swelled up just as quick as tor

Psh, i cant even explain the fullness and pump i had going. If ppl cant tell im on SOMETHING, then they need to get the hellz out of the gym. My appetite isnt what id expect it to he though, it's odd really. Usually i can smash on some food, but since starting this cycle i find it hard to eat!

Anyways this cycle is being extended.. bumpin my dose to 30mg each ingredient (10mg dmz/10mg msten; 3 caps a day). We'll see what happens :)

*ps i killed some pizza and ice cream yestarday lol back to my diet today though..
 
I'm a bigger eater and always have been. I have ate so much at dinner people would look at me like I'm crazy. While on mstene it was much harder to eat. It was almost like eating while taking oxyelite.

Pump was BANANAS. I foam rolled and hit some trigger point work literally, right before i worked out. Brought my trigger point ball and foam roller into the gym (douchey i know) rolled out, and did my rehab/prehab work. This cycle i think, is just now gettin good.

Still sittin at +12lbs since starting. Just need about 3-4lbs and ill be good.

110g peanut butter granola (natures path)

Post workout
10oz almond milk
1 scoop protein
140g blueberries

Postworkout meal
1c white rice
5oz ground turkey (93/7)
Olive oil and vinager dressing

I wouldnt of drank milk with my bfast smoothie, but we were staying with my wifes parents so i had to make due..

Bleh, need to get my calories up.. im slackin.. ^^ only 2500 kcals :(
 
You're not gonna gain 4lbs if you're eating like you're on a recomp/cut!!!

Get the calories in. This is America, & you're on steroids. This is the easiest place in the world to find random calories, and you're in the best position you could be to soak up bs & use it for muscle gain instead of fat storage. You don't even have to succumb to fast food/unclean foods to get it. Just eat high-cal gainer clean foods that are cake to lay back - honey, flavored almond/coconut milk, half a scoop/full scoop more of protein with each shake (you know protein synthesis is cranked thru the roof right now), extra oats and/or pb, much on some berries or sweet potato chips at work or between meals. Throw some cheese on a sandwich or salad or that potato, or even real butter. 1-2 scoop Casein shake before bed, & use 16oz almond milk instead of water if you really wanna inject a few extra calories & carbs.

Even for a guy your weight, I'm doing the math & there's no way you're getting all the protein you could use right now. I'm seeing within 150g today, unless I'm missing something.

I never bought into the "2g of protein per lb of body weight" always stuck around 1-1.5g of pro. Have had some decent growth/recovery with that as well. Im tellin you.. this stenzine has whooped my appetite! Even before i cut weight i could easily chow down 26-2700 kcals like its nothin.

Lol my puss is hurtin.. need to man up and force feed myself!

Protein synthesis on/off cycle is NOT even close to the same. It's easy to neglect that fact, but the bottom line is if you don't get enough you're wasting your time on. And 1-1.5 is plenty, off cycle. On cycle, 1.5 & up is usually totally usable (if judging by the point when you begin to take extra poops is the point of diminished returns). Off, 1.2-1.6 seems to treat me fine. 2x & I'm duceing my brains out.

And 170 is like 1.0xBw, and you're on 30mg of DMZ & 30 of Sten.

I hate taking more than 1-2 scoops of protein everyday. If i can do that, then i can eat more whole foods.. juno?

Side note- just pounded 570 kcal bfast smoothie :)

Dude ur gonna blow the f**^ up. That next 4lbs will come. I found with stenzine the easiest way to move the #'s on the scale up is by eating more carbs. Have ur wife or gf make u a nice big lasagna.. Mmm

Im makin a HUGE pot of chili, two different beans (black and great northern) fattier meat (90/10) and the regular tomatoes and chili seasoning. Going to get that additional four lbs lol
