Day 1
I want to give a big thanks to Marms and Lecheek Nutrition for giving me the opportunity to try/log Mass HGH. I am currently coming off of a very successful cycle and looking to keep as much of my gains as possible. Really hoping Lecheek Mass HGH will help me to achieve this!!

A little about myself. I am 40 years old. I've been lifting on and off for over half my life. Got really lazy awhile back and just got back into lifting last February. I was 220-230 and FAT when I started back up. Dropped 50 pounds by June and haven't looked back.

Diet will be 40/40/20 consisting of lean meats/fat free dairy and lots of fruits and veggies.
 
Slept pretty well last night. Nice change to how my sleep pattern has been the last couple of weeks.
 
Day 2
Didn't sleep very well last night so was pretty tired going into my workout today. That all changed after a couple warm up sets. Disturbed was blasting in my ears, blood was pumping and I was ready to get to work! Today was chest and tris

Dropping plates is my jam when im lifting. Any reason you didnt sleep well last night? Just one of those nights ?

Love that song!! Not sure why. Just kept waking up every couple of hours. I have a 3 yr old daughter so staying in bed past 7 isn't an option either lol
 
I typically like to eat some fat free cottage cheese or yogurt about 45 mins before bed. Will this affect Mass HGH's benefits?
 
Day 3
Slept much better last night. Woke up feeling very refreshed and pumped for the game. Couldn't wait to get a good workout in!!

Day 4

Workout tonight was great. So far haven't lost any strength. Tonight was legs and shoulders. Wasn't able to do squats as all the racks were taken and I was short on time. So I substituted leg presses.

Felt really good tonight. Legs are still pretty sore and shaky. Shoulders were very swollen and veiny. My mood hasn't been the best today. Probably just part of the process of coming off cycle I'm guessing.

Really haven't lost any strength and I actually feel "bigger". Im going to take some measurements tomorrow. Diet has been pretty clean staying between 3000-3500 a day.
 
Day 7
Joints are starting to hurt a little again and my right bi seems painfully hard at times. Will increase my water intake starting today to see if that helps.

Another strong night at the gym tonight. Should've probably done a few more warmup sets as my lower back is pretty tight tonight. Worked legs and shoulders.

Much needed day off today. Pretty sore still. I'm starting some new exercises starting tomorrow. Can't wait to try it out!!
 
Day 11
Had a great workout tonight. Decided to switch up a few things. Went with reverse pyramid on flat bench and bb incline bench instead of db. Weight preworkout was 186.

Day 12

Another good workout tonight. Did some rack pulls for the first time. I think that's a new favorite if mine. Wasn't sure what weight to go with or the amount of reps so I'm gonna play around with it and see what feels good. Lol that's what she said.

Day 13
Decided to take today off to get a little extra recovery time. Tomorrow is legs/shoulders and forearms.

Had a great workout today. Felt strong and energized throughout. Wasn't able to work forearms as I ran out of time.

Took a second job working 10p-4a so my sleep pattern is all jacked right now. Only had 45 minutes tonight so skipped flat bench but still had a great workout.

These were a killer. Could see every muscle fiber in my chest!!

Day 17
Slept very good last night. Woke up refreshed and with no soreness. Had a good workout tonight. Not losing any strength but endurance seems to be falling a little. Really having to power through the last couple of reps on certain exercises.
