You should be destroying my weights especially on cycle-and you are at least on legs and deads.

How long have you been training? Do you have a smaller frame? Large frame? Any athletics history? J/c

I just went over I don't know what seemed off. You have plenty going on. I tend to lift higher volume so it didn't look like you were doing much. -my bad

Well I thought repping 90+ lb DB's on bench press was doing ok, but maybe not. Ive been training 2-2.5 yrs w/ little athletics history. I play golf a few times a week in the summer (and throughout HS), play to a 10 handicap, but that doesnt really qualify as athletic experience lol. Im getting bigger and stronger, which are my 2 main goals, so Im happy atm.

Im just used to guys who are shorter than me and as heavy being able to toss around alot of weight. But just judging by height is not accurate. it really depends on ur frame. i have a smaller frame even though im tall so the increases in power dont come quickly for me.
Thats cool u play golf. I miss it. I used to play alot when i lived in Hawaii. I wasnt very good, just a recreational player.

I don't even know what to say anymore lol, strength is through the roof. Def biggest stregth gain of cycle happened during week 4. Was shooting for 100 x 8 x 3 and repped 10 w/o problem. Even had to adjust my grip a couple sets and had no problem doing so. Incl DB went up significantly. Did some super sets to finish things off, really tore my chest and tris apart.

PR's all around. Weight fluctuating around 191 or so. Chest felt like it was going to burst through my skin today. Feels good man. Celebrated w/ a custard stuffed donut (lolfatty)and around 50 g of whey. Dirtiest thing Ive ate in a while. Killing the legs tomorrow.

Pretty good day. Had to leave town for a hockey game so I darted a little early, but still killed the wheels. Please grow now. Drank a beer last night and immediately started seeing jaundice symptoms. jk

Having some shoulder pain, will probably take the day off today from doing any arm work. Hopefully I'm a little less sore by tomorrow for shoulders.

Order 3rd bottle and will likely run the full 6 wks.

Pretty good day. Lifted alone so no forced reps, still hit PR's on DB Shoulder Press. Shoulders feeling a bit sore (much better after warm-up) so I dropped the weight on lateral raises and did some higher rep stuff w/ strict form. Did misc bicep and calf work (8-12 sets for both).

Weight is at 192 (+16). Back day tomorrow.

Someone ask me something or comment please lol.
 
Sorry haven't been on in a while, didn't seem to have much interest so I kinda gave up on the log. I do have every training day logged in my personal records.

Ended cycle at 192 (+16 lbs). Only ran it for 5 weeks instead of 6 (35 days). The gains really slowed down after the 4th week (28th day or so). Was dosing at 125 at end of cycle.

Into 3rd week of pct right now and am at 190 lbs. Would estimate I gained 10-13 lb lbm on cycle and 2 or 3 lbs of fat. Eating around maintenance right now, maybe a little above (100-300). Strength has remained around the same since end of cycle. It actually was increasing into first week of pct but has minimally decreased these last couple weeks.

3rd week of PCT and Im feeling pretty drained. Going to do some higher rep stuff my last two sessions this week, just to give my cns a little bit of a break.

Sides on cycle included: back pumps, dry, dry joints (especially shoulder joint), acne,
some hair loss. Thats about it.

Into PCT my mood has been up and down the first couple weeks, definitely has been some low days lol but Im feeling good enough. PCT is including, nolva (down to 10 3rd wk now), lean xtreme, act xtreme (just started week 3) and thats it. Dropped cycle support about 1 wk into pct.

Also, libido has been good throughout. Whats funny is that I thought this would be the worst side and I ended up having just about every other side.

Overall a good cycle...
