Starting ultradrol and trenazone cycle

Im looking for some pct advise on my ultradrol and trenazone cycle. I'm 36 year old male, weight 245, 6ft 1inch tall. I've cycled before but never did a post cycle, stupid I know. I need some advise on equipment, and sorry for beating a dead horse. Any info and advise would be greatly appreciated.
