Got some elite formulations ultradrol I'll be starting tomorrow,

I'm 23 I've been lifting for 3 years very consistently and am sitting at 185 at about 11-12% bf. I'm 5'10"

I'll be logging my experience in this thread if anyone is Interested

I'm gonna start with 8 mg a day for about 3 days, the up to 12 for the next 11 days and play it by ear on weather I wanna up to 16 mg or higher the last few weeks

I've got cycle assist to run with it along with fish oils and some 'are you eye' nolva for pct.

I'll post progress pics and post my lifting stats after tomorrow which will be leg day
 
Week 1 I'll do 8mg Ed.

Week 2 I'll do 12mg Ed.

Week 3 I'll do 16mg Ed.

Week 4 I'll do 16mg Ed.

Cycle assist/fishoils Ed.

Nolva 20/20/20/20 I'll prolly grab some erase to throw in as well.

Idk what to expect but if I could gain a bit of clean weight id be happy.
 
Today is leg day, I'll be taking 4 mgs before I lift along with 2 of the cycle assists and I'll take another 4mgs and 2 cycle assist after dinner
 
Leg day went as follows

Started with leg press

8 plates 1 set 20 reps

12 plates 1 set 20 reps

16 plates 1 set 20 reps

20 plates 3 sets 10 reps

8 plates 1 set 10 reps

6 plates 1 set 20 reps

Then I went onto squats

135x8, 185x8, 225x8, 275x8, 315x3x5, then burned out with 225.

Leg extensions 4 sets working up to the stack

Lying hamstring curl 4 sets 12 reps

Stiff leg deads 3 sets of 10 at 135

And finished with 10 mins on the stair master
 
Add some daa or something along the lines into post cycle. I would strongly recommend a test base
 
i have a bottle of test e i was gunna save it for a winter bulk tho....hmmmm idk what do we have as far as suggestions here guys?

is anyone who is EXPERIENCED with UD have any advice? anybody here who ran it solo and has any advice? please lmk guys.
 
thanks guys. first day down just finished off a 12 oz filet mignon and heading to bed now. ill be eating clean and often. tomorrow is chest day :)
 
day 2 about completee.

i always have good workouts so nothing new to report there chest day was solid

flat benched to start. 135x20 225x10 275x 10 315x5 315x5 225x12

flat dumbells 4x12 with the hundreds since thats as heavy as we got

incline smith i didnt get heavier than 275 think i did about 5 sets maybe 2 or 3 working sets

incline dumbells 4x15

then finished off with free motion decline movement and dips followed by 10 minutes on the stair stepper.


tomorrow is back day, lets get it!
 
btw i have nothing to report as of yet.


i feel the same as i did before which id expect since its only day 2, i may be a little more anxious than normal but thats just cause im normally pretty anxious lol.

ill keep my UD experience updated as it happens
 
Back day went good

I noticed I had a real hard pump through most of my body today. First day I felt a little something.

Lifted heavy as usual

Started with pull ups 4x12

Barbell rows got up to 365x8

Dumbbell rows 100s 4x20

Seated row 4x12

Close grip underhand pulldowns supersetted with pullovers

Finished off with quarter deads and cardio.

I've got a video of the rows but won't let me upload it from mobile

felt noticably stronger today than last weeks arm day, amazing pump...i could barely open and close my hands due to forearms being rock solid and exploding with veins!!! lol

havent weighed myself in a couple days but i started at 185 so ill weigh myself in the morning tomorrow and see where im at.

mood - good

sides - just mild anxiety at times could be related or could be coincidence other than that nothing bad as of yet
 
feeling solid for todays workout guys... endurance is up strength is up pumps are better and im up 5 lbs and leaner sitting at 190 after my last day at 8mgs on my first week

vascularity is up big time as well...
 
Quick pick update.


I literally ate out every meal every day over the weekend and haven't done cardio for like 6 days and am still leaning out lol. I'll take advantage of it.. try and put on some more size than planned.


Anyways second day at 12 MG's...no sides so far. Just finished chest day and 315 felt light :)

If anyone's interested, still at 12 MG's..little lethargy and def feel libido is down.

Got about a week and a half left. I'm at 191 in the morning so that's a 6 lb gain of lean muscle guys. I have not gained any fat I've actually become leaner...I'd live to end up at 195
