I just started reading these forums and all i can say is there's a TON of information on here. Its a bit confusing at times! Anyway, I came with an interest to maybe start a steroid/prohormone cycle or even a NHA stack but frankly I came to the conclusion that I need to do a TON more research before I even touch the stuff.
Anyway, I've been using Whey Protien with great results for a pretty long time now but I would like to start using some other supplements to help me bust through a current plateau and gain some more bulk.
Whey Protiem - Oryx Goat Whey (Vanilla with milk = yum!)
BCAA - Xtend (watermellon)
Creatine - Green Magnitude
Extra's - Super Cissus RX (for joints), Multivitamin, Fish Oil
I think I'll see good results with this mix of supplements but I wanted to get some feed back from you guys. I plan on taking the Creatine/BCAA's Right around workout time and taking the Whey protien a bit later after I get home.

I'm 23, 5'9, 185 lbs
I'm 4 months back into serious lifting after sporadic lifting due to a shoulder injury a few years back.
