Starting Smolov Jr. Bench

Certainly. I added something like 5x5 BB rows when I was on it one day. I also added some squats on another day.

It took my BB bench from 220x1 to 245x1 in 5 weeks... Though I did a modified slightly less intense version with some speed work in there. personally i feel that unless you are cycling something it is probbaly more work than ideal for gains...
