Starting Mass/h2/retain2 stack

190lbs/28yrs old/ 6 years lifting and this is my first stack in a good while. Wondering what the overall conecnsus is on what amounts of each would best fit my profile. Any suggestions appreciated.

3400-3700 cals daily
2 on 1 off splits


I have noticed some people say they had stomach problems while taking these, any have severe runs or cramps??

I also work out at 4:15 before work, should I take prior to working out or any certain time of day.

how long are you planning to run the stack?

i would say the recommended amounts are good.......
