I will be done with my cut in 2 weeks, and (all going good) I will be at 10-11% bf.
I originally planned to reverse diet for a couple of weeks but that was before I decided to give a mild PH a go. Being more Anabolic on PH, would it be advisable to just hit +300/500 calories straight from day one? I don't wanna miss any motential gains but fat gain is also a concern.
