What up? Just posting this here so I can look back at it some time in the future.

My goals for the cycle are to increase my strength and shed some body fat.
My calorie intake will remain the same except for more protein.
It is 4:51am right now. I will be taking my first dose at 5:00am.
I do chest and triceps today.

Just an FYI.... I work night shift so my schedule is the opposite of most of yours.
